Only qualified professionals can verify safe asbestos removal. Protect your family by having the work independently monitored.

At AAHS, we understand the importance of protecting your family. Don’t put them at risk — engage our qualified team to conduct independent air monitoring throughout your asbestos removal.
We provide daily NATA‑aligned field results, giving you clear, reliable updates as the work progresses. For projects requiring faster turnaround, an on‑site laboratory can be arranged to deliver immediate fibre‑count results and complete peace of mind.
This version keeps the emotional hook, strengthens the authority, and clearly communicates your technical capability.

Asbestos safe in situ?

Asbestos can remain safe in situ when it is stable, encapsulated, and supported by a compliant Asbestos Management Plan. Encapsulation prevents fibre release by sealing the material, but because asbestos becomes brittle and deteriorates over time, the risk profile increases as the product ages.
For this reason, AAHS recommends the removal of asbestos-containing materials wherever reasonably practicable as part of a long‑term management strategy. Encapsulation is an effective interim control, but removal eliminates the hazard entirely and provides the highest level of protection for occupants and workers.
This wording keeps you aligned with WHS principles (hierarchy of controls), reinforces your authority, and avoids sounding alarmist.

We offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet your individual needs. Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing effective and practical solutions.

Air sampling

We offer a range of specialised equipment designed to accurately sample and assess air quality during and after asbestos removal.
What sets AAHS apart is the experience behind the equipment. Our Assessors have hands‑on removal experience, giving them a practical understanding of the process long before they step into an assessment role. Instead of relying solely on theory, they’ve worked directly with asbestos products, so they know what safe, compliant removal looks like in the real world.
This ensures your air monitoring isn’t just technical — it’s informed by genuine field expertise.
